बुवाई क्षेत्र में 3 लाख हेक्टेयर की बढ़ोतरी, उत्पादन में 26% की संभावित वृद्धि

सरकारी रिपोर्टों के अनुसार इस वर्ष Gujarat में मूंगफली का उत्पादन रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर पहुँचने की संभावना जताई जा रही है। पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में इस बार राज्य में मूंगफली की बुवाई क्षेत्र में करीब 3 लाख हेक्टेयर की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है।

बुवाई क्षेत्र में इस उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि के साथ-साथ अनुकूल मौसम और उन्नत कृषि तकनीकों ने उत्पादन को बढ़ावा दिया है। अनुमान है कि इस वर्ष कुल मूंगफली उत्पादन 66 लाख टन तक पहुँच सकता है, जो कि पिछले वर्ष के 52 लाख 20 हजार टन की तुलना में लगभग 26% अधिक होगा।

कृषि विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि उत्पादन में यह तेज़ बढ़ोतरी न केवल गुजरात को देश के अग्रणी मूंगफली उत्पादक राज्यों में और सशक्त बनाएगी, बल्कि आने वाले महीनों में घरेलू कीमतों को स्थिर करने और निर्यात की संभावनाओं को भी बढ़ा सकती है। यह वृद्धि किसानों में बेहतर उपज और बाज़ार मांग को लेकर बढ़ते विश्वास को दर्शाती है।

Sowing area rises by 3 lakh hectares, driving a 26% production surge this year

According to the latest government reports, Gujarat is on track to achieve a record-breaking groundnut production in the current season. The state has witnessed a substantial increase in the area under groundnut cultivation, which has expanded by nearly 3 lakh hectares compared to the previous year.

This significant expansion in sowing area, coupled with favorable weather conditions and improved agronomic practices, is expected to push total groundnut production to an estimated 66 lakh tonnes. This marks an impressive 26% rise over last year’s production figure of 52.20 lakh tonnes.

Agriculture experts highlight that such a sharp increase in production will not only strengthen the state’s position as a leading groundnut producer in India but may also lead to stable domestic prices and higher export potential in the coming months. The surge in production reflects the growing interest and confidence of farmers in groundnut cultivation due to better yield prospects and market demand.
